Taking into consideration the innovative and experimental identity that has been
handed down within these spaces for more than two centuries, our desire is to create an exhibition capable of highlighting the Genius Loci of the Istituto Lombardo Academy of Sciences and Letters. The exhibition interprets the experimental spirit of the nineteenth century in a contemporary way, which is characterized by the research of new materials and types of use in the design field. An author's designwith humanistic matrix, being the object in relation with the man and his time, adesign intended as a research of human progress and daily life. The Research of Beauty combines the RESEARCH that characterize the activity of Istituto Lombardo since the 1800 to the Beauty of the contemporary design as Edenpark Firenze, Effeitalia, Omexco, Arte, Unica, Puntopiù, Platek, Wissenbach.
