True mesa

We examined the possibilities of various materials – such as brass, marble and cement – and their interaction with the five senses, rediscovering traditional techniques that have been considered from a contemporary point of view: the brass becomes satinized, textured or silvered; the marble becomes brass storiated and the slab in glass is handcut. We assemble these materials to create suggestive mixes and products that represent the spirit of our time: this is the mesa’s mission over the years, reaching a perfect balance between functionality and aesthetics, tradition and modernity, rationality and emotion.
